At Fred Segal Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and materials to ensure they remain protected during transit; items must be in new, unassembled condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or contact us to schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
