Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Fred Segal Home ships within the contiguous United States. For inquiries regarding international shipping for smaller accessories, please contact our concierge team for a custom quote.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on non-furniture items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that furniture, custom upholstery, and final sale items are non-returnable.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Fred Segal Home furniture carries a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. We encourage customers to order swatches to ensure the color and texture meet their expectations. You can request up to five complimentary swatches through our product pages.
Does my furniture order include assembly?
Yes, our white-glove delivery service includes professional assembly and placement of your furniture in the room of your choice, as well as the removal of all packaging materials.
